Intro to Calisthenics

The essence of body-weight training and the ultimate way for anyone to build strength, flexibility and bodiliy awareness. This type of training has obvious transferable benifit and can be a perfect complement to any physical endevour one may wish to pursue.
We will focus on pushing and pulling for the upper body while also addressing the many ways one can develop very strong legs by introducing squating, sprinting and jumping.
