Six Week Beginner Series

Join us for a six week series that will help you understand the absolute fundamentals of yoga and movement. Our class will meet twice a week for six weeks. Over the course of those six weeks we will cover topics such as:

Proper alignment in postures
Breathing techniques
How to modify postures to suit your own needs
Introduction to using the gymnastic rings
Basic movement patterns across the floor

This class is designed to prepare students to feel confident and informed when stepping into our all levels classes as well as to provide tools to help you move and feel better throughout your life. It is designed for absolute beginners as well as students with experience who are interested in strengthening their understanding of the fundamentals.

We will meet every Thursday from 5:15 - 6:15 PM

Six week series: $120

Early Bird Price: $100 before 1/7/2018
