This 90-minute workshop will focus on different pranayama exercises for boosting energy and enhancing the immune system as well as breathing exercises that promote restoration and stress reduction. Students will also learn particular breathing exercises within the asana that may help deepen their posture by unlocking areas of constriction. This class will also include step by step handouts to take home and use in your own practice.
