This all-levels flexibility workshop introduces students to a philosophy of flexibility training based in Mongolian Contortion, but adapted to students' own activities. We will learn a full-body stretching routine, and supplement it with deeper flexibility-building in key areas: hips, shoulders and back.
Janelle is a professional contortionist and aerialist with many years of experience teaching others to access their natural flexibility, and to understand how to gain more freedom of movement through correct alignment and linking complimentary stretches.
This workshop is appropriate for aerialists and benders of all levels.
