Intimidated by those difficult- looking inversions + arm balances? Ever feel too tight / stiff to reach ‘that’ variation of a pose? This is the workshop for you! We will use tennis balls and the wall as supportive tools to release tension and access more space and strength in our bodies and yoga postures! Together, we’ll break down those intimidating poses into more familiar-feeling shapes, using support from the wall.
We will explore different ways into the shapes that normally just seem a little out of reach to prove to ourselves that in life, when you feel stuck, sometimes you just need to approach a challenge from a different angle completely! All levels welcome. Bring your open mind, self-loving heart and any questions you might have.

Ashley Tryba has been practicing for almost 20 years and her practice and philosophy have grown with her. Her curiosity in yogic philosophy and theory led to multiple trainings, including a 200HR Training at Amrita Yoga and Wellness in Fishtown, as well as an alignment-based 200HR and 500HR training at Three Queens Yoga in Queen Village. She also holds a few trauma-informed yoga certifications from Transformation Yoga Project and a 95HR Kids’ Training from Grounded Kids Yoga. Ashley is now an assistant trainer at Three Queens and public/private teacher in the Philly area. Through accessible, meaningful and fun classes, Ashley empowers yogis to move in ways that remind them how powerful, flexible, and capable they are so they can get back out there into the world, off the mat, feeling and being their best.
